Unfortunately, due to driver shortages, we will not be collecting the week commencing 19th August. Our next scheduled collection week is 2nd September.
If you are already booked in for a collection in that week (regular fortnightly/4-weekly collections or customers who have made block bookings in advance) you will be issued with an equivalent credit to cover the missed collection. Credits do not expire, and you just need to call or email us when you are ready to use it. For those who have made a one-off booking, we will rebook your collection for the next scheduled uplift which is the week commencing the 2nd of September.
We appreciate this means your garden waste will not have been uplifted for 4-weeks and may cause you some issues, if this does, please do get in touch. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
